I am 14 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and currently weigh 105 pounds. I am looking for a much healthier diet, and also to lose a little bit of weight. Does anyone one have a suggestion for a healthy calorie intake per day for my age, weight, and height to lose weight? And also are there any websites where I can find healthy foods to eat and maybe some diet plans?

I am the save age as you, and have the same measurements (pretty random
)! I take in about 1400 calories per day, but I exercise for 2 to 3 hours per day. If you do more exercise you should take in more calories, and if you do a small amount of exercise… take in a small amount of calories!!

i am learning about nutrition in my gym class right now. average calorie intake for healthy people is around 2,000. though you should mostly be concerned about the types of foods you are eating. you should have a balanced diet making sure you stay away from empty calories as much as possible
