What are some good healthy food recipes?

I’ve been trying to eat healthy lately and was wondering if anyone had any tips or recipes, or some good magazines?

Simplicity is best! – the less ingredients/foods, the easier on your digestive system. The whole idea that eating a "balanced meal" is hogwash… you never want to mix proteins with starches! Eat a frugivore diet: Have fruit/fresh-made fruit juices all day long and for your last meal, have a huge veggie salad with your good fats on it! If you must eat meat, eat very little (3-4 oz) and make sure you are eating a huge salad with it to balance the acids that meat produces in your gut. If you live in a cold climate, in winter, you can substitute or eat with a salad, some lightly steamed veggies and/or a baked sweet potato. Stay away from dairy products – we are not meant to eat from another mammal’s teats, let alone, our own mother’s after the age of 2.

Basically what you can do is replace the unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones, and read the food labels.
