If I start eating more healthy foods will my skin look a little better on its own?

Just curious if I start eating more healthy foods if I could start having a more clear and clean face/body. I want to eat more fruits/veggies as well as more healthy meats and less fatty foods and cut out a lot of the junk I used to eat. I’m only 17 so I think its a good idea. What could the physical effects of a good diet be?

Yes!! And EXERCISE! I used to have really bad acne and bad eczema. I used to drink and smoke and NEVER exercise, and once I cut that out, my skin cleared up (better bloodflow to the skin) and my eczema calmed down. Now I exercise daily, and this helps flush out toxins. I rarely get a pimple, and I rarely get eczema. The last time I drank, I got a pimple the next day!!!
Food is not directly related to acne, if that is your problem. But adding more nutrients and vitamins into your diet through whole, natural foods, will improve your skin, body, stamina, and mental clarity. Cutting out toxins will improve your whole being. Adding in exercise will also help tremendously. Put the right stuff in your body through your food (still eat what you want sometimes so you can be happy!) and flush out toxins through sweaty exercise.
