Exercises For Abs

Some of the most popular exercises for men are those for abs. These muscles are very important for us, even when we are sitting. Average men spend 56 hours per week sitting, and this can weaken your core muscles. On the other side, increasing strength of those muscles can prevent back pain, improve agility, and it looks great. The most important part of exercises for abs is quality. You must do them properly, and slow, only then they are effective. There are many exercises for abs, but here are some of the most effective.

Spiderman plank crunch, got its name because while you are working you look like Spiderman climbs over the wall. You will have to start in plank position, put your forearms on the ground and bring right knee towards your right elbow. Do 10 repetitions. Then, bring the left knee towards the left elbow (the right knee is in starting position). This exercise is good, because you are using your front and back muscles, and you are doing that without equipment. The Spiderman plank crunch is one of the most effective exercises for your abs.

For exercise called Cable rotation you will need cable equipment (very cheap and available). You will start by standing and holding a cable with both hands in front of you (at a shoulder height), then, turn your upper body to the left, return to center, turn to the right and return to center. One set consists of 10 repetitions. This exercise is very useful for tennis, baseball and golf players, or for those who use upper body in their job or everyday activity.
