		<description>Hey! I got a degree in Cuisine and fitness so i should be able to help!... Eat lots of veggies such as Spinach and the green ones ,,, great for the metabolism - avoid fruit such as pineapple, grapes and bananas - they put it on! 

Swimming, BIking and walking really will help you if you dont drink soda but drink water and stay away from the candy!!

Fish and chicken are great!- Stay away from lots of dairies and red meats!

This will help you lose 10 pounds- small portions regulary not large portions now and again!!!

You will definately be able to do this with some determination!</description>
