Singapore has a non-modified universal healthcare system where the government ensures affordability of healthcare within the public health system, largely through a system of compulsory savings, subsidies and price controls. Singapore's system uses a combination of compulsory savings from payroll deductions to provide subsidies within a nationalized health insurance plan known as Medisave. Within Medisave, each citizen accumulates funds that are individually tracked, and such funds can be pooled within and across an entire extended family. The vast majority of Singapore citizens have substantial savings in this scheme. One of three levels of subsidy is chosen by the patient at the time of the healthcare episode.
I have found this information from wikipedia. And I am giving u a link of a site where u will find information about health.

In Singapore there is no free health care. We pay
for all the services however citizen pay much less.
All working singaporean will have an government run insurance
(the citizen themselves contribute to the cost of insurtainsurance will ensure citizen will not overly burden by too much medical cost.

For Singaporeans there are safeguards to ensure everyone can have reasonable care.

non citizen pay more or can choose to have private insurance.

Depends on your age. As you get older, de-training gets quicker. Where you will get away with skipping 2 or 3 weeks when you're in your 20s, when you're 50, after 2 or 3 weeks it's like starting over again. I'm assuming you're young, so most likely the problem was either a hydration issue, diet, or possibly some minor illness. Some days are just like that.

I've never belonged to a gym where the female instructors wore makeup to class.

I don't see how a gym could force any employee to wear makeup.

And yes, it is bad for your skin to workout while wearing makeup on your face. Mascara and a lip product wouldn't be harmful if you wanted to wear those as these don't block your pores.

Makeup is bad for the pores everywhere, not just in the gym lol ^^

And no you don't have to wear makeup. You do have to look clean/fresh/respectable though, so smart clothes and tied back neat hair. A little moisturizer or maybe a water proof mascara / lipgloss max.
