I have been working out for the past few months and my fitness level was pretty good. Spring break came along and I didn’t work out for 2 weeks. I went to the gym today and could only workout for half the time I usually do because of becoming lightheaded.

I envy those who continue to be motivated enough to maintain fitness. I just can’t find the motivation. It feels so difficult for me. The ones who do maintain themselves deserve to be attractive while I can only dream. =(
I also am confused about my diet; I’ve never really had a problem with my physique and diet up until now and I don’t know how much I’m supposed to eat and what to eat.. sigh.

My lab has been out of work for the last few weeks and has lost a lot of muscle tone.
I’m looking at a fitness reguime that I can work on for my lab when out for his exercise. At the moement he does a bit of hill work retrieving dummy’s or tennis balls, water work – swimming and running
Does anybody else know of any other activity that I can use to improve fitness and muscle tone?
