I’m 14 and I live in Kansas City. I was wondering how much it costs each month for a membership at lifetime fitness?? Thanks!

Professional sports teams have fitness coaches, strength and conditioning coaches and whatever else. How did these guys get the job? Were they just well know personal trainers? If you need to know a sport, I’d wanna be a stregth coach for the Broncos.

In going into grade 10th and we are required to take P.E. I’m a very un-fit girl. I don’t do any sort of excercise which i know is bad. But, i’m wondering what type of fitness would you do and how often ? ex: mile long runs, beep tests.

I am planning on majoring in physical education or kinesology to become a physical ed teacher and instruct fitness classes at a gym like Gold’s Gym.
