I have been working out for the past few months and my fitness level was pretty good. Spring break came along and I didn’t work out for 2 weeks. I went to the gym today and could only workout for half the time I usually do because of becoming lightheaded.

I guess some women fitness instructors would by their choice but do some gyms make women wear makeup on the staff even if their instructors? If so than isn’t that bad for the pores? Do you see women instructors at the gym wearing makeup?

I have been off exercise for almost 3 weeks due to personal reasons and I have failed at keeping some sort of fitness schedule going and have gained 5lbs because of it. I really want to get back to exercising his week but i don’t know how to go about doing it. Any suggestions?

When I complete College, I will specialize in Fitness/Sports Instructing but I am planning to join the French Foreign Legion or RAF Regiment. After 10 years or so returning to Civvie life, could I get my 1st job as a fitness instructor!?! Or would I be slapped in the face because I have not studied it for 10 years.
